- All of our products are "made to order", so although we strive to ship as quickly as possible, particularly during busy times of the year it can take two weeks or more before your items are ready to ship. If you have a particular deadline you are trying to meet, please check with us via email, phone, or "live chat" to see if we can comply.
- BASSET Shipping means the most economical way we can ship to you, typically that is by United States Post Office First Class or Parcel Post. Average shipping is 4-7 days within the USA.
- GREYHOUND Shipping is Priority Mail, UPS or Fed-Ex, at our discretion. Average shipping is 2-3 days within the USA.
- BASSET shipping means the most economical way we can ship to you, typically United States Post Office First Class or Parcel Post. Average shipping is 7 - 15 days to most parts of the world.
- GREYHOUND Shipping is Airmail, Priority Mail, UPS, or Fed-Ex at our discretion. Average shipping times from 3 - 6 days international.
